Everything in the Site plan, every user included. The rate covers your first site; any further sites are at the list price. In return we ask, but do not make it a condition of the price, for a named case study after 90 days and one reference call a quarter. Cancel and come back later and you return at the list price.

Thirty-day trial, no card. Prices in GBP; Zylair is not currently VAT registered. Annual plans can pay by card, or by invoice against your PO. A 5% annual price review applies from renewal; Founding Partner rates are exempt.

The working

What the same visibility costs elsewhere.

Row one is the case where we lose, and it stays in. If one person raises everything and nobody else needs to look, a free requester account will do the job. Where we win is when everyone who touches a part needs to see it, because seeing parts, purchase orders and an ETA sits on a paid, per-person tier elsewhere.

Who needs to see the queue Elsewhere, a year Here, a year
One person raising, nobody else looking £0 £3,990
Stores and a couple of managers, three people £1,800 £3,990
A maintenance team working the queue on shift, eight people £4,800 £3,990
The whole engineering department, twenty-one people £12,600 £3,990

Elsewhere figures use MaintainX's Premium tier, which is where an ETA, supplier, price and PO visibility live: $65 per user per month billed annually, shown here at about £50 a user a month. Our figure is the £3,990 annual plan. Prices checked 24 August 2026; if MaintainX's pricing page has moved since, believe them and not us.

What a free requester actually sees

Per MaintainX's own Help Centre, Requester accounts are free but limited to the requests they raise, while parts and purchasing sit on the paid tier. See Roles & permissions and Purchase orders. Accurate at the time of writing; check their current docs.

The month-one guarantee

Your first paid month is money-back. No forms, no questions.

If your engineers don't take to it, or it just isn't right for you, tell us within your first paid month and we refund it. Monthly or annual, you get the whole amount back, not a twelfth of it, and we hand over your data on the way out.

Asked before

Does the price go up as we add people?

No. The price is for the site. Add whoever needs to be in there.

Do contractors cost extra?

No. A contractor can be given access to your site and taken off again when the job is done.

Do we have to replace our maintenance system?

No. A request can carry your CMMS job number, so the two stay tied together and your system stays where it is.

We have more than one site.

Each site is priced on its own for now. A view across several sites is not built yet, so we are not going to sell you one. Email Chris and he will tell you where it is.

What happens after the trial?

Thirty days, no card taken, and the clock starts on your first request. If you do nothing at the end, the account goes read-only. Your data stays, and you can export it to Excel or CSV whenever you want.

Who do we speak to if it breaks?

Chris. There is no support tier and no ticket queue. That is a real limitation as well as a benefit, and it is fair to weigh it.
