Print it, pin it up by the stores hatch, or download the CSV and drop it into a spreadsheet. The columns are the ones a stores controller actually needs to order against, so "fix pump" stops arriving and a real part number does.

Stores fill in the supplier, price, PO number and ETA when they order. On paper that's another column; in the app it's automatic.
